The audit has been conducted to ascertain potential problems with safety and operation of the anhydrous ammonia refrigeration system. The audit is broken down into areas of safety concern and identifies the regulation and standards that are applicable to each section. The report further identifies the problem areas specific to the plant and also recommends solutions to these problems. Some of the problems require immediate rectification in order to comply with Workplace Health and Safety.
