Refrigeration System for New Distribution Centre located at the Brisbane Markets

Tri Tech Refrigeration Qld were commissioned by a major fruit and vegetable distributor located at the Brisbane Markets.  It consisted of domestic and export areas, ripening rooms, holding chillers, rapid chillers and load out areas with tight guidelines on temperature and humidity control in each zone.
Design and installation of an Ammonia Glycol Refrigeration System for new Distribution Centre was achieved by our experienced team of engineers and mechanics. This project featured the installation of services supplying over 22 rooms along with supporting Warm Glycol Defrost. To provide Glycol Refrigeration for this Distribution Centre, an Ammonia Glycol Plantroom was also installed featuring a Critically Charged, Flooded Ammonia Glycol Chiller for Cold Glycol Supply and Heat Recovery on the provided Screw Compressors Packages for Warm Glycol Supply.

• Ammonia charge under 950Kg
• 1566.6 kwr of refrigeration capacity with full back up refrigeration skid.
• The latest in PLC scarda control system
• Remote monitoring and Asset management system.
